Ortho Organizers® Names Russell Bonafede as New President

Carlsbad, CA, Aug. 11, 2009 – Ortho Organizers, Inc., a global leading manufacturer of orthodontic products, laboratory services and continuing education programs, announced today that Russell Bonafede has joined the Company as President. Mr. Bonafede will report to George Guttroff, President of Henry Schein’s Global Dental Specialties Group.

“Mr. Bonafede has a proven track record for building established brands and businesses within the medical device industry over the past 20 years,” said Mr. Guttroff. “Mr. Bonafede brings to the Ortho Organizers team an exceptional understanding of specialty dental markets with 14 years experience in the dental sector. We are excited to have Mr. Bonafede onboard and know that his leadership will be instrumental in growing the Company’s business at a rate significantly higher than market.

Over the past eight years Mr. Bonafede has served on the executive committees for both Biomet 3i and Zimmer Dental in global marketing leadership roles. He has built a successful career by optimizing the success of product portfolios; identifying and negotiating distribution/partnership opportunities; integrating organizations following acquisitions; as well as developing clinical champions along with effective professional education campaigns.

Mr. Bonafede graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He also holds an MBA from San Diego State University, completing his thesis in “the adoption and diffusion of new medical technology.”
