New Multi-Functional Bracketizer™ Instrument Facilitates Bracket Positioning, Placement and Flash Removal

Carlsbad, CA, October 24, 2006 – Ortho Organizers, Inc., a leading manufacturer of orthodontic products, is introducing a “three-in-one” instrument, the Bracketizer, which facilitates bracket placement while reducing chair time for the clinician.

Light weight and made of surgical stainless steel, the Bracketizer is a double-ended instrument with flat angled “blades” on each end that are small enough to fit between tie wings for easy bracket alignment. In addition, each blade features laser etched millimeter marks and faces in the opposite direction of the other blade. The millimeter marks are used for correct bracket height measurement to minimize bracket repositioning. The opposite facing blades allow the instrument to be “flipped” during use for bracket positioning or flash removal on opposing arches and quadrants – eliminating the need for other instruments and thereby saving valuable chair time. The Bracketizer may be dry heat or cold sterilized.
