Ortho Organizers’® Dental Townie Choice Awards Winning Streak Continues

Carlsbad, CA, January 22, 2009 – Ortho Organizers, Inc., a leading manufacturer of orthodontic products, laboratory services and continuing education programs, announced today that its six year winning streak of Dentaltown Magazine’s Dental Townie Choice Awards has continued with three new awards. 

The people’s choice of dentistry, the Dental Townies is the only award that is voted on by professionals worldwide who use the products in treating patients every day. For 2008 Ortho Organizers took top honors in three divisions of the orthodontics category: Archwires, Bands and Brackets.   The winner of the Archwire division, the Black-Ti™ Dimpled Super Elastic Nitanium® archwire, is made of a hard oxide surface that reduces sliding friction by more than 30 percent.  The Delta Force® Bracket System, which provides the ability to control the friction between the archwire, bracket and ligature, took top honors in the bracket division.  In the band division the Epic™ Contour Molar Band, featuring a micro-etched interior and designed to adapt to the anatomical contours of the tooth, was voted the favorite.

The three new awards add to an already impressive series of honors for Ortho Organizers whichincludestop billing in orthodontics: Archwires in 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004 and 2003.  Orthodontics: Bands in 2007 and 2004.  Orthodontics: Brackets in 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004 and 2003.
